I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) in New York State, with over a decade of experience providing weight-neutral, science-backed nutrition care.
I take a calm, sustainable approach to eating—one that supports long-term health without obsession, perfectionism, or restriction. I help adults move away from dieting and wellness trends and toward clarity, trust, and confidence around food.
My approach is weight-inclusive, focused on reducing food noise and mental load, honoring body wisdom, and supporting habits that are realistic and sustainable for the long term. Rather than relying on rigid rules or quick fixes, I listen to your lived experience and guide you using evidence-based nutrition care that fits your life.

I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University.
